The medium ballpoint pen in blue precious resin represents the first part of the journey. The protagonists travel on a steamship from London to Bombay, crossing the Mediterranean Sea and the Suez Canal. The cap features iconic elements from the novel: sea waves, card suits and a cartridge with a laser engraved drawing of a steamship. The top of the cap features the embossing of the length of the journey, 18 days London to Bombay and 80 days in total.
